On the 360 dashboard, scroll over to the “System” tab.

On the System tab, click “Console Settings”.

Scroll down in console settings and click “System Info”.

When the system info box comes up, type in one of the following sequences quickly:

- LT RT X Y LB RB Y Y Y Y
- LT RT X Y LB RB X X X X
- LT RT X Y LB RB A A A A
- LT RT X Y LB RB Up Up Up Up
- LT RT X Y LB RB Down Down Down Down
- LT RT X Y LB RB Left Left Left Left
- LT RT X Y LB RB Right Right Right Right

If the code you try does not work, it will go back one step. Just go back to the System info and try the next sequence.

When it works, a box should come up and say, “Would you like to reset the console to the factory defaults?”

Click Reset and you’re done!

You must either have broadband internet access and a wireless router or you can connect your Nintendo DSi to a hotspot, such as a library or coffee shop that offers internet access. Make sure you are in a location mentioned above before going to step 2.

Turn on your Nintendo DSi and click on the wrench icon. This will take you to the system settings.

Go to page 3 and select “Internet”.

Click “Connection Settings”.

Click “None” to the right of “Connection 1″.

Click “Search for an Access Point”.

Look for an access point that has a gold lock that is unlocked. Select that access point and your Nintendo DSi should now be connected.

If you are planning on playing games online with your Nintendo DSi and have WPA security, you will have to set your router to WEP security.

To do this, get back to the “Connection Settings” screen mentioned in step 4.

Click “Advanced Setup”.

Click any button that says “none”.

Click “Search for an Access Point”.

Look for an access point that has a gold lock that is unlocked. Select that access point and your Nintendo DSi should now be connected.
