  Wired Extreme started out in an apartment garage that very quickly grew out into a full fledge business located in downtown Lewisville, TX. Our business primarily focuses on video game consoles in making sure that they work properly and customers understand how to use them. We also offer affordable computer and mac repair to the public. We work with every customer and strive to keep them up to date with our tracking system online and open Monday through Saturday from 12:00p.m. to 6:00p.m.
  
  
  
  
  We offer repair services in any kind of scenario whether you've already opened the system, it's been damaged, or it's just simply out of warranty with the manufacturer. We repair all gaming consoles including handhelds such as the PSP and Nintendo DS. The repair process starts by signing you up with an account on our site for you to track the status of your unit and the warranty of your console. We then setup the repair request for you to refer by when contacting us about your console. Once we receive the console, we verify the issue and make any changes to the repair request if needed and letting you know that we received your console at our location. We then work on the issue with your console and notify you if any additional costs are necessary such as parts or additional fees. Once the unit is repaired, we will notify you that your unit is ready and either ready for pickup or will be shipped out. Tracking numbers are listed in your repair request for you to see the status as they are being shipped as well. Once you receive your console or pick it up, your warranty will begin on your unit.
  
  We cover all our work with a 90 day warranty and then the option to extend the warranty up to four years of coverage. Our warranties cover the whole console, not just what we fix. You are covered for the period from once you receive the unit in working condition and then till the end of the warranty period that you agree to.
